Power Yoga
at 
Morristown Landing

The yoga class at Morristown Landing is called Power Yoga. 

You will find the class on the second floor, ask the employee at the desk which class room is being used for yoga.

You are welcome to bring your own mat and blocks or use Morristown Landings mat and blocks.

Class Times: Mon & Tues at 6:00 PM and Friday at 5:30 PM

My name is Joslyn Frazee

I have been a yoga instructor since July of 2021.  Before that I was a professional classical Ballet instructor since 2005.  I also have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science through ETSU.  I have been practicing yoga since 2018 under Amy Lea Hodges (Amy Lea Yoga and Wellness).  I enjoy passing on the joy of movement as well as improving the lives of my students through healthy, safe, effective movement and yoga is a great tool to achieve that vision.
